RETURN POLICIES
(Effective February 28, 2013)

General Returns Policy
Individuals have sixty (60) days from the date of purchase to return products in a saleable condition. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted. For your protection, we recommend using a traceable shipping method or insured Parcel Post.

eBooks
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on completed, downloaded eBook purchases. Before completing your eBook transaction, please take care to ensure you have purchased the correct format and title and that your e-reader is compatible (remember, Kindles are not able to read our eBooks). We encourage you to activate Adobe Digital Editions and test your software and system configurations by downloading a free sample eBook before making your first purchase. If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact ebooks@ccthomas.com.

Returnable only if unopened.

Digital Software, CD and Video Downloads
We are unable to issue returns or offer refunds on downloaded software, CD, and video purchases. Before completing your download purchase please check the system requirements listed on the product page. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact ebooks@ccthomas.com.

Return Policy for College Stores, Retail Bookstores, and Wholesalers

Authorization: Permission from the publisher must be obtained before returning products. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please complete this form to obtain permission to return books.

Requirements: The original invoice number on which the products were purchased and the reason for the return must accompany all returns. Returns must be received within 30 days of permission granted. No products may be returned after 12 months (one year) from the date of publisher’s original invoice. Products may be returned to us if they are in their original and/or unopened sealed condition.

Nonreturnable Products: Video-audio tapes, opened (broken seal) multimedia, including software in the form of diskettes, CD-ROMs, or purchases made on a nonreturnable basis are nonreturnable. Products returned damaged will not be issued credit. Customers will be notified of damaged returns and have the option of requesting that the damaged product be returned to them, at their expense. No returns will be accepted on books which are out of print or when a new edition or revision of that title becomes available.

Claims: Products received damaged must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery.
